The LONTE 40G QSFP+ to 4x10G SFP+ AOC is designed for 40GbE to 4x10GbE breakout applications in data center switches and routers. It supports high-density connectivity using both data communication and proprietary protocols.

Compliant with the 40GBASE-SR4 and XLPPI specifications per IEEE 802.3ba-2010, and supports 40G-IB-QDR, 20G-IB-DDR, and 10G-IB-SDR applications
Compliant with the industry-standard SFF-8436 QSFP+ Specification
Power Level 1: Max Power< 1.5W
Operates at 10.3125 Gbps per channel using 64b/66b encoding for 40GbE applications, and at 10 Gbps with 8b/10b encoding for 40G-IB-QDR applications
Each 4×SFP+ end:
Compliant with the electrical specifications of SFF-8431 for the Enhanced Small Form Factor Pluggable Module
Mechanical specifications per SFF-8432 (Improved Pluggable Form Factor)
